Andy Jabbour is the Managing Director of the Real Estate ISAC where he oversees daily operations, reporting, analysis, partnership, outreach and coordination with private and public sector partners throughout the US and with international interests.

Andy has extensive leadership, operational and preparedness experience working in the field of preparedness and operations with public and private organizations.  Some of Andy’s operational activities have included leading the RE-ISAC’s activities during Sandy, as well as following other incidents of significance for the sector such as shooting and weather events as well as supporting the DHS Office of Infrastructure Protection (IP) in responding to real world incidents such as hurricanes and other events. His preparedness activities have included the Top Officials / National Level Exercises, DHS IP and critical infrastructure owner and operator partners exercise efforts, including a variety of exercises across the critical infrastructure community as well as involvement in the development of a variety of plans, procedures and training. He has also been a contract project manager supporting the Department of Defense and leading contract support to DHS IP’s Readiness (exercise and training) and Contingency Planning Branches, and is certified as a Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) train-the-trainer. Andy served 8 years in the U.S. Army assigned to bases in the United States, Germany, Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan, receiving two Bronze Star Medals, the Combat Action Badge, the Parachutist Badge and numerous other decorations.

Andy graduated from George Mason University and received his Masters degree in Management from Webster University. He is a project management professional and has delivered training and an international webinar focused on leadership and project management. He skipped his college graduation to marry the former Michelle Wilson of Herndon, Virginia. Andy and Michelle have two sons – Thomas and Jackson Jabbour. The family resides in Leesburg, Virginia.
