Partner, Dorsey & Whitney LLP, London, UK Biography: Barry Glazer is a partner of Dorsey & Whitney, an international law firm. He is presently co-head of Dorsey’s London office and an elected member of the firm’s Policy Committee. He began his legal career in the United States and has practiced law in Minneapolis, Paris, London and Brussels. He concentrates on international corporate and commercial transactions, cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures, licensing, international employment matters and EU competition and regulatory issues, including data privacy regulations. A member of the Minnesota and Paris bars, he is a registered foreign lawyer in the UK and a recipient of the International Law Office Client Choice Award in 2012 for General Corporate United Kingdom. He holds a B.A. degree from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and a J.D. law degree from the Michigan Law School (Ann Arbor, Michigan).
