Biography:
Luis is Team Leader of Managed Security Services at a major Telecom in Switzerland and has 10 years technical expertise in the information technology field where the last 6 years were fully dedicated to the security area. Previously, he was Senior Security Engineer for security infrastructures working actively in the Financial and Utilities sector for Portuguese companies. One of his last projects was a major PKI deployment were he was responsible for the implementation and practices alignment with IETF, ISO/IEC 15408 and Web Trust Principles and Criteria for Certification Authorities requirements, the result was a Root Key Generation Ceremony for Cross Certification achievement with Entrust Technologies. As well, he was also deeply involved in the design, consultancy and implementation of perimeter security infrastructures aligned with CEN, OSI and ITU-T Security Engineering practices |
