Abstract:
CERTs as effective Networks
Many hard problems can only be solved by using a networked approach. CERTs have operated as networks for a long time, and this quite successfully. However CERTS are not the solution for every problem. In this presentation I'll explore the weaknesses and strengths of the CERAT approach and try to formulate the prerequisites needed for success.
