Executive Vice President and Partner serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to Accenture’s CyberSecurity Initiative Biography: Henry H. Horton is an Executive Vice President and Partner serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to Accenture’s CyberSecurity Initiative. Mr. Horton brings over 30-years of direct security, counterintelligence and law enforcement experience to his work assisting Defense and other Federal government entities with their Cyber-warfare, protection, Intelligence, Information Assurance, and Critical Infrastructure/Key Resources Protection. His technical experience includes National Security Policy Analysis, Red Team Activities, Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Program, Security, Information Assurance, Operations Security (OPSEC), Threat and Vulnerability Analysis, Terrorism Counteraction, Trusted Supply Chain Operations, Counterintelligence, and Human Intelligence. Before joining Accenture, Mr. Horton was a Partner with IBM Global Business Service, Public Sector’s Security and Privacy Practice; was Vice President of Information Assurance at Titan Corporation and while with the US Government, was Special Agent-in-Charge of a Strategic Counterintelligence organization, Director of Security for a Independent Federal Agency and a 12 year veteran as a Regular Army Officer in Military Police and Military Intelligence. Mr. Horton holds a Masters from George Washington University and undergraduate degrees from East Tennessee State University. He served as Vice President and trustee for the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) Foundation for 5 years and an Adjunct Professor for 24 years teaching graduate school in organizational and business security management. He is member of the Accenture’s Speakers Bureau speaking on Cyber Security and Intelligence related topics and participates in international and national forums on Cybersecurity and presently involved in a White House, CNCI initiative to create a new Cyber Security Research Institute. |
